Kathleen A. Walters

Director

Kathleen A. Walters has served as a Director of the Company since July 2005.

Walters is Group President - U.S. Retail Tissue and International Consumer Products at Georgia-Pacific Corp. She had been President of the North American Commercial Business for Georgia-Pacific Corp. since 2004. Before joining Georgia-Pacific, Walters served as President and CEO of Sappi Fine Paper North America from 2002 to 2004.

She began her career at Chase Manhattan Bank in 1973 and joined Scott Paper Company in 1978, performing in a variety of financial and business management roles for 17 years. After Scott Paper was acquired by Kimberly-Clark Corp. in 1995, Walters spent six years with Kimberly-Clark, primarily as President.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Syracuse University and a master’s of business administration degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
