- Jabil's Learning and Development Department provides a variety of learning experiences where you can assess, develop and validate your knowledge and skills. It's catalog contains courses that are job specific, as well as those that you may be interested in for your own development. We also work with third-party learning organizations to bring specialized training, such as six sigma or lean manufacturing, to our employees. All courses are available through our learning management system which allows you and your manager to plan, track and manage all of your educational opportunities.
