The foundation of Jabil’s Respect. Recognize. Reward. program is built on a respectful work environment where everyone is empowered to contribute to the success of the company. The program’s goal is to discover, highlight and share employees’ superior performance and their commitment to helping others.
Employee recognition has always been an integral part of Jabil’s culture and, following our belief in empowerment, each site designed its local recognition program to fit its unique culture. When the Respect. Recognize. Reward. program was developed in 2010, it was critical that sites continue to run its local programs while at the same time, giving them the ability to submit exceptional employees for global recognition. This structure has resulted in hundreds of Jabil employees, from all departments, locations and functions, to be recognized and celebrated each quarter. Employees’ actions and results vary, but their contributions all support Jabil’s Guiding Principles.
As a Production Planner at Jabil Tver, Ivan Morozov is responsible for ensuring the site has the necessary components, production capacity, and transport needed to help customers bring their products to market. His positive energy and dedication not only make him a valuable member of the Supply Chain team, it has also contributed to his career growth and professional development.
“My position requires analytical and critical thinking into manufacturing processes,” adds Ivan. “I get satisfaction when the plans I helped develop are put into action and desired outcomes are achieved.” By connecting with Jabil’s ‘challenge yourself and others’ culture, Ivan is gaining valuable resource analysis experience by taking a more holistic view of Supply Chain processes and procedures.
One of his favorite activities outside of work includes visiting the gym to improve his physical and mental strength through a variety of cardio exercises/techniques. “I enjoy living an active lifestyle, whether it's playing soccer with my friends or simply taking a walk with the person you love,” said Ivan. In addition, he enjoys reading classic novels from some of the world’s greatest authors — he last read An American Tragedy by Theodore Dreiser.
Ivan says while there’s lot of places in the world worth visiting, his dream is to travel around his own country. “I want to explore and discover Russia’s vast land with my own eyes,” says Ivan. One place he definitely wants to visit is Baikal Lake — the largest (by volume) and deepest freshwater lake in the world. Known as the ‘Pearl of Siberia’, Ivan says the clear blue water, mountainous terrain and diverse wildlife makes it one of the country's most beautiful places.
