This is What Award-Winning Logistics Look Like
The Jabil Manaus team received the Prêmio Infraero de Eficiência Logística (Infraero Award for Logistics Efficiency). The award is presented to a company, its broker, freight forward and local carrier every year. Each month the airport analyzes the lead time on clearing customs for air inbound shipments for all companies. At the end of the month they calculate the average time and declare a first through fifth place. These places each have a point value attached and, at the end of the year, those points are tallied. The company with the greatest number of points is presented with the award. Click here to read more.
