Jabil Adds New, Independent Board Member

The Jabil Circuit, Inc. Board of Directors has announced the addition of Laurence S. Grafstein to the Jabil Circuit Board of Directors.

"We are thrilled to add Laurence Grafstein to the Jabil Board of Directors," said Bill Morean, Jabil's Chairman of the Board. "Larry brings a wealth of experience and independent thinking to the Jabil Board. We look forward to his contributions and are certain shareholders will benefit from having him with us."

Grafstein is managing director and head of global telecommunications at the investment banking firm of Lazard Fréres & Co. LLC. Grafstein has extensive experience in corporate finance, principal investing and mergers and acquisitions in the technology, media and telecommunications industries. Previously, Grafstein headed the international telecommunications practice at Credit Suisse First Boston.

Grafstein holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Harvard University, a Master of Philosophy degree from Bailliol College of Oxford University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto Law School. Grafstein is 41 years old and lives in New York City.
