The Jabil Code states an expectation of being honest, fair and trustworthy in conducting Jabil activities. This expectation applies to our employees, our contractors, and to those in our supply chain.
No Jabil supplier shall offer a monetary kickback or bribe to any Jabil employee or contractor. Those offering such a kickback or bribe risk removal from our business partner list.
Any Jabil employee or contractor requesting a monetary kickback or bribe from our suppliers should be reported to the Jabil Legal Department or anonymously on the Jabil Integrity website at http://www.tnwinc.com/ReportLine/international.
Likewise, we expect our suppliers to maintain the normal business process by refraining from offering expensive gifts and entertainment to our employees. Gifts and entertainment are broadly defined to include physical things such as events, trips, services, benefits and other things of value. Inexpensive business gifts and routine entertainment functions and business meals are usually acceptable as long as they do not create an appearance of impropriety.
It is a conflict of interest for a Jabil employee or a family member of a Jabil employee to hold a financial interest in a company that does business with Jabil or with a company that could affect Jabil’s business, other than as a minor shareholder of a publicly-traded company.
No Jabil supplier shall divulge confidential information regarding Jabil to anyone outside of the Jabil-supplier relationship.
We ask all of our suppliers to support our efforts for fair and honest business relationships. To read more about the Jabil Code, click here.
