    Director of Product Management
    Jabil Additive

    Matt Torosian is currently the Director of Product Management for Jabil Additive focused on materials where he leads the strategy and business development for polymeric materials. Mr. Torosian has over 28 years of experience in the engineered materials business. He has contributed extensively to the development of new engineered compounds and commercialization of products that have improved the performance of industrial and consumer goods though materials innovations and developments.

    Prior to joining Jabil, Mr. Torosian held several leadership positions with RTP Company and Engineered Polymer Solutions (his company) developing and marketing engineered materials for the molding, extrusion and compounding industry. Mr. Torosian also spent time at Advanced Elastomer Systems (AES) and Chevron-Phillips Chemical. Matt holds a BS degree from Illinois State University in Industrial Technology with a concentration in Plastics Manufacturing and a minor in CAD.
