My hiring manager and a hardware engineer who said he would be willing to take on the responsibility of teaching me along the way. It was challenging but fulfilling. I joined Jabil as a Sr. PD engineer in 2012. I learned a lot during these years and grew up as an engineering director. There were many challenges in the road but it was fulfilling. There were many good training and sharing activities in the design engineering team. These helped me to broaden my horizons, learn new technology and other useful soft skills. I am also glad to work in this great team that has a friendly atmosphere. Team members help each other when encounter difficulties. There is a great corporate culture.

My favorite part of the job is how different every day is, and how every project requires the engineer to keep investigating and learning about the latest equipment to best fit the project's needs.
