Driving Progress Through Collaboration

Jabil’s annual Deliver Best Practices competition showcases our employees’ commitment to innovation and collaboration. Participants submit projects designed to improve the company, the work we do for our customers, the experience we deliver to employees, and how we serve our communities.

Winners at the site level advance to regional competitions, where they vie for the chance to present their ideas to senior leadership at Jabil's global headquarters in St. Petersburg, Florida. These finalists showcase the best of what our company has to offer as they compete for prizes across different categories.
