Mark T. Mondello
Executive Chairman
Mark Mondello was appointed as Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors effective November 1, 2021. He served as Jabil's CEO from 2013 to 2023. He joined Jabil in 1992 as a manufacturing supervisor. He was promoted to project manager in 1993, named vice president, business development in 1997, Senior Vice President, Business Development in 1999, and COO in 2002, overseeing global operations, business development, new product development, supply chain, and information technology. Prior to Jabil, Mr. Mondello was a commercial and defense-related aerospace project manager for Moog, Inc. A native of Chicago, he holds a B.S. in mechanical engineering from the University of South Florida.

Steven A. Raymund
Lead Director
Steven Raymund has served as a director of Jabil since January 1996. Mr. Raymund was appointed as Lead Director effective November 1, 2021. Mr. Raymund currently serves as a director of WESCO International, Inc., a multinational electronics distributor, where he also serves as chair of the Audit Committee. Mr. Raymund began his career at Tech Data Corporation, a distributor of personal computer products, in 1981 as operations manager. He became COO in 1984 and was promoted to the position of CEO in 1986, serving until his retirement in 2006. Mr. Raymund served as the Chairman of the board of directors of Tech Data Corporation from 2001 until 2017. Mr. Raymund holds a B.S. in Economics from the University of Oregon and a Master’s Degree in International Politics from Georgetown University, School of Foreign Services.

Anousheh Ansari
Director
Anousheh Ansari has served as a director of Jabil since January 2016. She also serves on the board of directors of XOS, Inc., a manufacturer of electric commercial vehicles, since 2021. In 2018, Ms. Ansari was appointed Chief Executive Officer of XPRIZE, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that designs and implements competition models to solve world challenges. From 2006 to 2018, Ms. Ansari served as the Chief Executive Officer and continues to serve as the Chair of Prodea Systems, a privately held company she founded, which provides services and applications for in-home smart devices, networked appliances and mobile lifestyle devices. Ms. Ansari was the first female private space explorer. Ms. Ansari holds a B.S. in electronics and computer engineering from George Mason University and a master’s degree in electrical engineering from George Washington University.

Mike Dastoor
Chief Executive Officer and Director
Michael Dastoor was named Chief Executive Officer in May 2024 and appointed as a member of the Board of Directors in September 2024. Over his 24-year tenure at Jabil, he has held multiple leadership roles across Jabil’s global markets, including serving as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer from April 2018. Mr. Dastoor previously served as Senior Vice President, Controller from July 2010. Mr. Dastoor joined Jabil in 2000. He holds a degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Bombay and is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Christopher S. Holland
Director
Christopher Holland has served as a director of Jabil since January 2018. Mr. Holland also serves on the board of directors of STERIS PLC, a healthcare and life science solutions company, since 2020. He was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of C.R. Bard, Inc., a multinational developer, manufacturer and marketer of medical technologies and products, from 2012 to 2017. In 2015, he added responsibility for business development, corporate marketing, reimbursement, healthcare economics and strategy. From 2013 through 2015, he had responsibility for Bard Medical Division. Earlier, Mr. Holland was Senior Vice President, Finance, and Treasurer of Aramark Corporation, a global provider of food, facilities and uniform services, from 2006 through 2012; and Vice President and Treasurer from 2003 to 2006. Prior to joining Aramark, he served as Vice President and medical device sector head at J.P. Morgan and Co. from 1999 to 2003. Prior to that, Mr. Holland held various positions of increasing responsibility at J.P. Morgan. Mr. Holland holds a B.A. in economics and political science from Drew University and an MBA in finance from New York University – Leonard N. Stern School of Business.

John Plant
Director
John Plant has served as a director of Jabil since January 2016. Mr. Plant is the Co-Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Howmet Aerospace Inc., a global leader in engineered metal products. Howmet was created after the separation of Arconic Inc., where he served as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) from 2019 to 2020, and Chairman since 2017. He has served as a director of MASCO Corporation since 2012, and previously as a director of Gates Corporation from 2017 to 2019, a privately held corporation, all of which are manufacturing companies. Mr. Plant was the CEO, President and Chairman of the Board of TRW Automotive Holdings Corporation (renamed ZF TRW Automotive in 2015), a diverse automotive supplier from 2011 to 2015, and prior to that as President and CEO of TRW from 2003 to 2011. Mr. Plant has a Bachelor of Commerce in economics, accounting & law, University of Birmingham, and an Honorary Doctorate from University of Birmingham. Mr. Plant is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Sujatha Chandrasekaran
Director
Sujatha “Suja” Chandrasekaran was appointed as a director of Jabil in April 2025. Ms. Chandrasekaran has over 25 years’ experience in senior management positions at global companies, with a strong focus on technology and data, strategic transformation, digital business models, cybersecurity operations and e-commerce. Ms. Chandrasekaran has served on several boards and committees, including at American Eagle Outfitters, Brenntag and Atos. She served as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Digital and Information Officer for CommonSpirit Health from 2019 to 2022. Prior to that, she was Global Chief Information Officer for Kimberly Clark Corporation from 2016 to 2019. She has also held senior technology roles at Walmart, The Timberland Company and PepsiCo. Ms. Chandrasekaran holds a bachelor of engineering degree from University of Madras, India; a master of business systems from Monash University, Melbourne Australia; and an Executive Development Education Certificate from London Business School.

Jamie Siminoff
Director
Jamie Siminoff was appointed as a director of Jabil in January 2024. Mr. Siminoff serves as Chief Strategy Officer of Latch. He is the founder and chief inventor at Ring, a security giant committed to reducing neighborhood crime through its range of products. Since its inception in 2011, Ring has demonstrated remarkable growth and was acquired by Amazon in 2018. Prior to Ring, Siminoff established several successful enterprises, including the first voicemail-to-text company and a service that assisted email users in removing commercial emails from their inboxes. Mr. Siminoff holds bachelor's degree in entrepreneurship from Babson College.

Tiger Tyagarajan
Director
Tiger Tyagarajan was appointed as a director of Jabil in January 2024. He has served as CEO and a director of Genpact Limited since 2011. Mr. Tyagarajan is one of the industry leaders who pioneered a new global business model and transformed a division of General Electric (GE Capital International Services) into Genpact, a global professional services firm delivering digital transformation solutions for clients. Mr. Tyagarajan counsels and collaborates with C-suite executives of large global corporations, helping them implement change in their companies to improve their competitiveness. He is also on the Board of Kantar, a leading data, insights, and consulting company. Mr. Tyagarajan holds a degree in mechanical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai, and a master’s degree in business administration from the Indian Institute of Management in Ahmedabad.

Kathy Walters
Director
Kathleen Walters was appointed as a director of Jabil in October 2019. Ms. Walters was an executive at Georgia-Pacific Corp (GP) from 2004 until her retirement in June 2019, serving her last 12 years as the Executive Vice President and group President, leading the consumer products group. She also served three years as President of the North American Commercial Business for GP (2004-2006). Before joining GP, Ms. Walters served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Sappi Fine Paper North America (2002-2004). Prior to that, she held several key leadership positions in Europe and the United States for Kimberly‐Clark Corporation (1996-2002) and Scott Paper Company (1978-1995). Ms. Walters is Chairman of the Board of Trustees for Syracuse University. She also is a member of the Boards of the Georgia Aquarium and the World Affairs Council of Atlanta. Ms. Walters also previously served as a director of Jabil from 2005 through 2010. She holds a B.S. in mathematics from Syracuse University, as well as an M.B.A. in finance and strategic planning from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Mike Dastoor
Chief Executive Officer and Director

Greg Hebard
Chief Financial Officer
Greg Hebard was named Chief Financial Officer in May 2024. He most recently served as Senior Vice President, Treasurer since 2021. Since joining Jabil in 2009 Mr. Hebard has held roles of increasing responsibility in finance, including Senior Vice President, CFO Green Point from 2017 to 2021 and Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis from 2013 to 2017. He holds a master’s degree in business from DePaul University and a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Iowa.

Frederic McCoy
Executive Vice President, Operations
Frederic McCoy was named Executive Vice President, Operations in May 2024. He most recently served as EVP, Global Business Units since 2023; EVP & CEO, Electronics Manufacturing Services, from 2021; and Senior Vice President, Global Business Units, from October 2017; with responsibility for driving growth strategies from product development through manufacturing in Jabil’s enterprise networking, print and retail solutions business sectors. During his tenure with Jabil, Mr. McCoy also has led the rapid development of strategic business units across the company’s medical diagnostics, mobile handheld devices, solar photovoltaic, retail point-of-sale, aerospace and defense as well as automotive sectors. Prior to joining Jabil, Mr. McCoy spent more than 10 years in international finance in both corporate and consulting roles. He holds a Master of Arts in international affairs and economics from the School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) at Johns Hopkins University and a bachelor’s of science in foreign service from Georgetown University.

Kristine Melachrino
Executive Vice President, General Counsel
Kristine Melachrino was named Executive Vice President, General Counsel in March 2025. She most recently served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel since 2022. She joined Jabil in 2007 holding various roles in the legal department supporting the functional (Sales, Supply Chain, IT) and business teams globally. Prior to this role, Ms. Melachrino served as Vice President, Senior Deputy General Counsel for the global Commercial legal team, advising on complex legal and regulatory matters to facilitate business growth; and Assistant Corporate Secretary. Prior to joining Jabil, Ms. Melachrino was a litigation attorney responsible for all first and third-party insurance disputes under personal and commercial lines policies with Fowler White Boggs Banker’s insurance group from 2002 to 2007. She holds a Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law, an MBA from Stetson University, a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from University of South Florida and is a member of the Florida Bar.

Steve Borges
Executive Vice President, Global Business Units
Steve Borges was named Executive Vice President, Global Business Units, in May 2024. He previously served as Executive Vice President & Chief Executive Officer, Diversified Manufacturing from July 2022. Prior to that, he served as Executive Vice President & Chief Executive Officer, Regulated Industries, from 2020, with additional responsibility for additive manufacturing. He previously served as Executive Vice President & Chief Executive Officer, Healthcare, from September 2015. Mr. Borges joined Jabil in 1993 and has global experience in positions of increasing responsibility in operations, business development, manufacturing operations and supply chain management. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from Fitchburg State University.

Matt Crowley

Matt Crowley was named Executive Vice President, Global Business Units in May 2024. He most recently served as Senior Vice President, Global Business Units since 2022. He joined Jabil in 2018 and previously served as Vice President, Global Business Units from 2019 and as Senior Director, Cloud from 2018. Before joining Jabil, Mr. Crowley held positions with Dell and Amazon Web Services.

Adam Berry
Senior Vice President, Investor Relations and Communications
Adam Berry was named Senior Vice President, Investor Relations & Communications in May 2024. Since joining Jabil in 2010, Mr. Berry has held roles of increasingly responsibility within Investor Relations.
Before joining Jabil, Mr. Berry held positions with Home Depot, Duff & Phelps, and Morgan Stanley.
He holds a master’s degree in business from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a bachelor’s degree in Communications from Boston College. -
Frank McKay
Senior Vice President, Chief Supply Chain & Procurement Officer
Frank McKay is the SVP, Chief Supply Chain & Procurement Officer for Jabil, Inc., a global manufacturing solutions company with revenue of more than $33B. In this role, he leads an organization of approximately 1,800 employees located in the Americas, Europe, and Asia that are responsible for the company’s supply chain, procurement strategies and execution. Frank’s global team leads the development and implementation of Intelligent Supply Chain strategies focused on delivering an optimized end-to-end supply chain that delivers value to customers and enables growth. Frank has more than 25 years of procurement experience in the manufacturing industry. Prior to his current role, he was the Chief Procurement Officer, where he led a global team focused on delivering year over year material cost objectives, robust commodity strategies and process efficiency. Frank has lived and held leadership roles in Europe, Asia and the USA over the course of his career.

Gary Schick
Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer
Gary Schick was named SVP and Chief Human Resources Officer at Jabil in October 2023. In this role, he leads an organization of more than 1,600 employees across the Americas, Europe, and Asia. Gary has more than 26 years of experience in Human Resources and Labor Relations.
Gary joined Jabil in August 2018 as a Sr. Director, Human Resources, serving as the HR Business Partner for Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain. He was promoted to Vice President, HR Operations in June 2021. In 2022, he assumed leadership responsibilities as Vice President of HR for the EMS segment with overall HR accountability for U.S., LATAM, and EME Operations.
Prior to joining Jabil, Gary held HR leadership roles at Alcoa, Honeywell, and Gerdau. As the Vice President of Human Resources for Gerdau Long Steel North America, Gary led the HR strategy for the Mills, Downstream, and Metallics operations in North America. In addition, he served as the labor relations lead and chief labor negotiator for all GLN.
He holds his BA degree in Economics from Northwestern University and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. -
May Yap
Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer
May Yap was appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Jabil in 2020. Overseeing global IT operations and digital transformation across more than 100 sites worldwide, May spearheads Jabil’s key transformation programs in digitalization and factory excellence. May brings to the company strong technical expertise, deep leadership and transformation experience gleaned from prior senior leadership roles in multinationals, including IBM and PwC Consulting. Focusing on corporate strategy formulation and implementation, IT management, as well as business and process transformation, her international work experience spans the USA, Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, United Kingdom, and Japan. Graduating with double majors in Mathematics and Computer Science, May also has both MBA and a Master’s degree in Computer Science.
