The year-long internal competition highlights the innovative ideas that drive Jabil, with teams advancing through competition rounds with their sights set on presenting to leadership at Jabil’s headquarters in Florida. 

But finalists know it is about more than taking home first place and making new connections. They return home, inspired by new ideas to make their site, community and ultimately, the world a better place.
