Jabil’s Global Compliance Hotline provides a resource for employees, vendors, and customers to make an anonymous report. It is available 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, with local language services and is available for use by web or telephonic reporting. In addition to the Global Compliance Hotline, employees can report concerns to a supervisor, Human Resources, or the Global Compliance Department. Jabil maintains employee escalation protections and communication mechanisms to enable employees to report and escalate suspected violations of Jabil policy.
