Personal Volunteer Time
Jabil employees around the world spend their personal time volunteering in the local community. It's a reflection of the type of individuals at Jabil, those who are dedicated to service, show empathy and kindness to others, and help uplift communities and individuals in need.
Our employees show great passion around a variety of causes and/or a personal connection. This includes mentoring students, participating in cause-related walks, races and bike rides, serving on boards of charitable organizations, neighborhood cleanups and more.
We encourage our employees to submit the hours they volunteer in the local community to help Jabil reach it's goal of giving back 500,000 volunteer hours in 2025.

A reminder email will be sent at the end of each month encouraging you to submit the hours you graciously donated in your personal time. We will also share some of these efforts with our global colleagues to inspire them to give back.
