Chad Morley, senior vice president of global business units, Automotive and Transportation, has been named the winner of the 2022 “Leadership Commitment-Individual Impact Award” by the Center for Automotive Diversity, Inclusion & Advancement (CADIA).

The 2022 CADIA Impact Awards recognize both excellence in, and commitment to, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) among individuals and organizations in the Automotive Industry. 

As one of Jabil’s early proponents of DEI, Chad has demonstrated his commitment through active allyship and his inclusive, servant leadership style. From participating in DEI learnings with his team, advocating for women in leadership and leading an internal Veterans-focused committee, to partnering with a nonprofit that specializes in racial and social inequities, Chad is committed to driving advancements in DEI.

CADIA was launched in 2017 with the idea that diverse talent had long been overlooked and undervalued in the automotive industry. CADIA set about to create avenues of success for people of all diversity dimensions in automotive by providing professional development opportunities.
